This is a unique opportunity to shape future hearing health policy and promote equity, inclusion, and innovation in care delivery for adults with hearing loss.
As a Cochlear Research Fellow, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to health policy analysis and development related to hearing loss in adults in Australia and globally.
- Conduct comprehensive research on hearing loss and its impact on adult populations.
- Develop and submit policy reports, analyses, and recommendations to inform evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based guidelines and care pathways for hearing loss.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in public health, health policy, or a related field.
- Proven research experience focused on health systems, equity, and/or sensory impairment.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from $123,435 to $173,323 per annum, plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
