Job Overview

This role involves providing technical support and guidance to field sites, ensuring the smooth operation of installations.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods, and documentation for installation teams at job sites.

A key aspect of this position is proactive anticipation of risks and opportunities, which must be communicated to the Project Team.

Additionally, maintaining the Field Service schedule and coordinating dates with the Project Team and customer are essential responsibilities.

  • Prepare specifications, technical procedures, and work descriptions for installation subcontractors and evaluate installation bids/offers.
  • Facilitate clarifications with customers regarding project requirements and expectations.
  • Participate in design review meetings and ensure that field-related design considerations are taken into account.
  • Maintain availability of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans, quality plans, and documents.
  • Develop and ensure availability of project-specific procedures and safety assessments.
  • Determine site layouts, tooling/fixtures, and site infrastructure requirements.
  • Monitor target achievement regarding quality, schedule, costs, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between site and back-office teams.
