About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.

This will involve delivering much-needed speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks.

They will strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

  • Key responsibilities include assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • The successful candidate will also recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.
Requirements
  • A Degree qualified Speech Pathologist with current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • The ideal candidate will have a current driver licence and own reliable vehicle.
