About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at West HQ. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our gymnastics programs and contributing to the development and revision of class lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and challenging gymnastics programs for children of all ages and skill levels.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our gymnasts and align with our program goals.
  3. Provide coaching and guidance to gymnasts, focusing on technique, safety, and sportsmanship.
  4. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant coaching qualifications and experience in gymnastics.
  2. Current and valid technical membership with a recognized gymnastics organization.
  3. First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check clearance.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
