As a key part of our retail operations, we're looking for a detail-oriented individual to work as a grocery selector and packer. The role involves selecting and packing high-quality products for customers' weekly shops, ensuring they receive their order as expected.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy, with pride in delivering excellent customer service. They'll be able to work actively with enthusiasm, energy, and pace, often on their feet for extended periods and performing moderate lifting and reaching.

We're seeking someone who is flexible to work varied hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills for an ongoing career at Coles Group and beyond.
