Pharmacy Team Member

You will work independently with limited supervision on a variety of tasks, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The pharmacist will provide guidance and support in offering advice and recommendations to patients/customers on medicines and medicinal products.

You will be expected to assist other staff members or take on a defined coordination role within the pharmacy team.

Customer Service Skills

Deliver excellent customer care by recommending suitable products that meet their needs and providing product information and advice.

Engage with customers to offer further assistance if required and ensure they have a thorough understanding of our Customer Rewards/Loyalty Program.

Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Pharmacist Manager if necessary.

Prescription Services Responsibilities

Accurately receive and record prescriptions from customers, ensuring patient details are correctly documented.

Encourage the use of generic medications where possible.

Professional Image Standards

Represent the pharmacy's professional image at all times, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
