**Job Title:** Outdoor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and physically fit individual to join our team as a Grounds Person. This is a hands-on role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
  • Variety of Garden and Lawn Maintenance tasks.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, greenkeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's licence (Manual preferred)
  • White Card
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
