About the Role

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care for customers in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A commitment to the aged care industry and experience within Australia.
  • Full APHRA registration.
  • High-level English skills (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members.
