Mental Health Nurse Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our mental health team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to transition into mental health nursing with comprehensive training and support.
This unique program provides all necessary training and experience to enable a smooth transition. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in mental health care and practice.
About the Role:- Risk assessment and mental state assessment of patients
- Care planning and implementation of mental health nursing care and practice
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Australian working rights (Visa holders must upload their visa and passport with their application)
The position is based at Alfred Mental & Addiction Health and is located within either the Adult or Aged Mental Health services and/or Community Care Units. Ability and flexibility to work on a rotating shift work roster and either area is required.
