Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Waurn Ponds store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet food, toys, and accessories.
    • Provide expert advice to customers on pet care and product selection.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store.
    • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store initiatives.
