Key Responsibilities

You will partner with employment services staff at all levels to design, implement, and review business processes that ensure high standards are achieved. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail to optimize performance effectively.

You will work closely with the Business Intelligence Team to leverage key metrics and data, improving Asuria's service delivery model. Additionally, you will collaborate with the National Training Team to develop training plans that address key contractual performance gaps.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic advice on performance matters
  • Analyzing and managing reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Forecasting potential performance issues to sustain high standards
  • Designing, implementing, and reviewing business processes to achieve high standards
  • Monitoring and reporting on contractual performance
  • Ensuring timely collection, collation, and disbursement of performance data to team members

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Employment Services
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operational management
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Cert IV in Employment Services (desired but not essential)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
