Bakery Department Leader

Become a leader in the bakery department and drive success in our stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring that it is well-presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

About You- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess direct/indirect leadership experience, having led, coached, and developed teams to meet sales targets and operational requirements.
- You are able to maintain excellent department standards, monitor stock, and ensure quality control.
