Transforming Buildings: Senior Electrical Engineer Wanted

WSP Australia is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Perth team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical design leadership on projects across various sectors, including Aviation, Defence, Resources, Commercial, and others.
- Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects, supporting larger, more complex projects as needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal colleagues to ensure project success.
- Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on time-saving and cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
About the Position
Key Responsibilities:- Electrical design leadership on single and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Project management and client relationship skills.
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.).
- BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit MEP proficiency.
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
- 5-8 years' experience in Australian building services projects, preferably in consulting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit MEP.
