Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure the highest quality care and education.

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
• Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children, prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
