About the Role
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides critical services to Coles, supporting identity and access management for our 130,000+ team members, suppliers, and customers. As an IAM specialist, you'll work closely with the wider Tech team to deliver enterprise-level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning on-premise assets and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technology services to support, develop, and maintain the IAM components of the IT infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels
- Enhance our privileged access management platforms
- Contribute to the development of the IAM strategy and architecture
- Support, develop, and maintain the IAM portfolio in accordance with agreed service levels
- Maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders
About You
- Detailed experience in CyberArk platform setup, installation, and ongoing operational support is essential
- Experience with Entra (Azure) Active Directory and associated IAM functions
- Experience with identity management software, NetIQ Identity Management, NetIQ Access Management, or equivalent
- Understanding of the broader operational environment, including processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.
- Experience with software engineering practices
- Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment and understanding the role IAM contributes
