Our team is seeking a talented Quantitative Analyst to join our ranks. As a Quantitative Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and making data-driven decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex systems, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies to improve system efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Analysis and Optimization: Analyze terabytes of network data to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, and optimize system performance.
  • Experimentation and Prototyping: Design, implement, and test innovative ideas, experiments, and technologies to evaluate performance and real-world applicability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise effectively with traders, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to share insights and implement solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of computer internals, Linux systems, and networking. Familiarity with tools and techniques for reverse engineering, kernel tuning, system-level optimization, and low-level network optimization is a plus. Proven commercial experience with Python and/or languages like C++ or Java is also desirable.
