The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed individual who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive. They will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completing paperwork, and using communication equipment to engage with members holidaying at our resorts.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and computer literacy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, a genuine passion for customer service, and a love for the local area.
