About the Role:

The Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in managing the overall operations, maintenance, and smooth running of a shopping centre based in Brisbane West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance.
  • Deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination, and provide overall operational support.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and technical skills.
