Job Overview

The role of a Nanny/Home Manager is to provide support to a family in their household and childcare needs. This involves working alongside the parents and independently to help them balance home administration and meet the infant's requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to work with a six-month-old baby, providing excellent childcare while also cooking meals and preparing baby food. They should also be willing to assist with household laundry and basic tidying, as well as run errands on foot or by car.

The safety and needs of the baby are the top priority when she is in the care of the Nanny/Home Manager. The 6-month-old has a reasonably predictable but flexible rhythm to her days, and the parents wish to continue a child-led approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality childcare for a six-month-old baby
  • Cook meals and prepare baby food
  • Assist with household laundry and basic tidying
  • Run errands on foot or by car

The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work with the parents on days that involve a mix of childcare, household tasks, and errands. They will also be comfortable working with the parents around and respect their parenting decisions.

Requirements
