About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Belgravia Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular pool inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate (highly regarded).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team.
