About the Role

Aussie is seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Mortgage Broker to join our team in a thriving retail store. As a Retail Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing phone, online, and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads provided by Aussie, and connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide lending advice to customers and guide them through the home loan application process
  • Manage and grow your own mortgage broking business, with unlimited earning potential
  • Work closely with your franchisee in-store and receive regular training and development opportunities provided by Aussie
  • Utilize our industry-leading home loan platform to streamline the application process and increase productivity
  • Build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their property dreams

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required, with prior experience in mortgage broking or lending advantageous but not necessary
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and a background in sales or customer service will be beneficial
