Senior Pastry Craftsman

We are looking for a skilled baker with a passion for creating high-quality pastries and desserts. As a Senior Pastry Craftsman, you will be responsible for leading our bakery team in producing a wide range of sweet and savory products. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

• Lead the bakery team in production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
• Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior baking position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
