Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of outstanding customer service while optimizing profitability and operational efficiency within the Operations Team. Your commitment to operational excellence will be key in upholding policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize tasks, coordinating the operations team to maintain a highly efficient back-of-house environment while adhering to procedural controls.
  • Manage stock flow, including inbound goods processing, returns management, transfers, and invoice oversight.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and adeptly handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure all back-of-house activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements, focusing on safe product handling, equipment usage, and incident reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a retail setting, leveraging your knowledge of operations, including stock flow and goods management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities complemented by a keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and processes.
  • Capable of building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills that foster positive experiences.
