Key Responsibilities:

  • They collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless project execution aligning with technical and commercial standards.
  • Civil Design Drafters utilize skills in Civil 3D or 12D to execute assigned project tasks involving 2D and 3D CAD design.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, they demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and successful project outcomes.
  • Providing support to other business sectors in project activities spanning from feasibility studies to detailed CAD designs.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and development of CAD technical standards and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience in civil design drafting.
  • Practical experience in civil design and drafting within Mining or roads for heavy and light vehicles, water management infrastructure, hardstands, stockpile pads, and other civil engineering infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.
  • Experience with 3D or 12D is also essential, as it will be a primary tool used in daily work.
