Sportsbet Operations Assistant Executive Opportunity

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sportsbet Operations team as a key player in delivering an unbeatable experience for our customers.
  • You will provide second-level support for Customer Experience Agents and help other departments with operational tasks, maximizing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize customer navigation on our website to ensure seamless and fast user experiences.
  2. Review and update customer accounts, process settlements, and bonuses to maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Support Customer Experience Agents with complex issues, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure prompt resolutions.
  4. Monitor and manage different country regions, staying up-to-date on local market trends and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to complete operational tasks and drive project success.
  6. Participate in offer management activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  7. Manage Sportsbet-specific live incidents, ensuring swift responses and minimizing impact on customers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of sports and related industry developments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and proficient computer skills, including proficiency in software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the Crypto industry is highly valued, but not required.
