About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Mt Isa. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Job Description

  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including rubbish removal, restocking amenities, and general business centre maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and ensure tasks are completed to an acceptable quality standard.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar facilities role.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional level of customer focus.
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Great time management skills and ability to work within a team and unsupervised.
