Regulatory Interactions Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in managing key ASIC and other regulatory interactions and engagements across our division.

In this position, you will support the Regulatory Interactions Director in overseeing ASIC and other material regulatory interactions across the division. You will deliver on key regulatory requests in line with regulatory engagement protocols and other risk management processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solid understanding of regulations and/or regulatory principles applicable to Retail Financial Services
  • Previous experience in Risk and Compliance or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with a broad cross section of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will provide visibility of thematic observations and new regulatory/risk trends to senior stakeholders via regulatory dashboards, internal communication channels, and briefing sessions. Additionally, you will support internal reporting to the Regulatory Risk Team and other key forums that succinctly demonstrate the status and criticality of material interactions.
