About the Role

As part of our HVAC team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide top-quality products to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing information about products to customers
  • Processing quotes both in-person and over the phone
  • Picking, packing, and stock control activities
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information
  • Comfort using a computer and learning new systems
  • A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility around working various shifts, including weekends
