We care about helping people thrive every day, which is why we're seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist - Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
This diverse role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while providing occupational rehabilitation services and psychological treatment to clients with a range of conditions and outcome goals.
You will work closely with a strong, close team of healthcare professionals backed by the resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
About the Role- Build trust and collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to enhance return-to-work outcomes
- Apply your clinical knowledge to identify and address barriers to recovery, ensuring safe and sustainable reintegration into the workplace
- Manage a diverse caseload, providing personalized support for individuals recovering from physical and psychological injuries
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver impactful vocational counselling, fostering holistic well-being initiatives
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and treatment providers to achieve optimal recovery outcomes for clients
- Minimum of Provisional Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist
- Strong clinical knowledge of pathologies and excellent communication skills to build relationships
- Proven time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to innovate and achieve results
- Energy and drive to grow our services and customer networks
