We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Sydney team. Working alongside sales teams, you'll plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across display, native, video, social, and programmatic. You'll optimise performance daily, ensure objectives are met, and help build long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels — display, native, video, social, and programmatic
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, delivering weekly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Leverage expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic tools
  • Collaborate with sales teams, the Commercial Editor, and internal teams to align campaigns with client goals
  • Build strong external relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term trust
About You:
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing operations, ideally within media or digital publishing
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable optimisations
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
