Financial Services Manager Job Description

This is a leadership role in the financial services industry, involving strategic decision-making and team management. The successful candidate will oversee the accounting functions of various clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards.



Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial reports, including NAV calculations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Lead and manage teams of accounting professionals to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification and/or master's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
