About the Role

The Client seeks a skilled Salesforce developer to join the UX/UI team within the ICT Strategic Projects Branch.

The team is responsible for ensuring the client's ICT development program has an appropriate focus on UX/UI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools.
  • Undertake work in Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Work with Source Control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Git Hub) from a Salesforce context.
  • Produce work in Visualforce, Apex Lightning Components, and Java Script & j Query.
  • Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Illuminated Cloud, Jenkins, and Agile development tool sets.
Essential Criteria
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, particularly in Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development, Apex Development, CICD, and Solution Design.
  • Three Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer 1.
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience in modern Java Script, Lightning Web components, aura framework for the development of Lightning components, digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups, and Salesforce platform features such as record ownership, sharing rules, and CRUD/FLS.
  • Ability to establish a collaborative working culture and environment within the project team, with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
  • Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and able to obtain security clearance.
