We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team in delivering personalised, person-centred support that truly makes a difference.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in supporting clients with Spinal Cord Injuries or Traumatic Brain Injuries, along with skills in manual handling, including hoisting, transfers, and repositioning. While experience in personal care, pressure care, bowel care, and catheter care is highly valued, it's not essential—we're happy to provide training to those with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to help clients reach their goals
  • Assist clients with SCI/TBI with manual handling tasks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support
Required Qualifications and Certificates:
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
  • Working with Children Check (Current)
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid and CPR (Current)
