About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Development Professional to join our team in Sydney.

As a Mobile Home Finance Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers across multiple markets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth through external referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers across various markets, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in home lending and customer engagement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in mortgage development or a related field, with a strong track record of generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • A deep understanding of the home lending process, including product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
