Senior Laboratory Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Laboratory Analyst to join our Organics team at ALS Environmental. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for conducting water and soil sample analysis using state-of-the-art equipment.

• Conduct preparation and analysis of water and soil samples in accordance with ALS Quality Work Instructions (QWIs)
• Organize daily tasks to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
• Operate sample preparation equipment and perform consumable stocktakes and housekeeping duties
• Highlight anomalies in results and provide recommendations to the section supervisor

• Prior experience in a high-throughput, client-focused environment is desirable
• High level of attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
• Understanding of good laboratory practices and chemical knowledge

• A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
