This is an exciting time for our organization, and we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to fill critical roles within our organization.

  • You will own the candidate lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.

  • You will create and execute against a sourcing strategy, using a variety of recruiting platforms to find the best candidates.

  • Contributing to building positive brand recognition in the local and domestic community through partnering with hiring leaders across departments.

  • As a strategic advisor, you will partner with hiring leaders across departments to identify and develop solutions to complex recruitment challenges.

  • Continually helping improve, evolve, and scale our interview best practices to ensure the highest quality hires.

  • Understanding our business strategy and competitive positioning, utilizing this knowledge to inform our recruitment strategies and decisions.
