Yard Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to oversee daily yard operations, ensuring the overall cleanliness of the yard and workshop.

  • Ensure overall cleanliness of Yard and Workshop
  • Oversee daily yard operations, including vehicle receipt, storage, and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory systems for tracking vehicles and parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Work with other departments (sales, logistics, parts) to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor operations and improve processes for better efficiency and organisation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform general maintenance duties
  • Pick up / Drop off vehicles
  • Assist Workshop and Parts Department as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid Victorian Driver's License, have previous experience in yard management or the automotive industry, and possess a positive can-do attitude, knowledge of automotive parts, vehicles, and equipment, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
