Horticulture Traineeship Overview

Skillinvest is seeking a motivated individual to undertake a Horticulture Traineeship with Northern Grampians Shire Council in St Arnaud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant and maintain small trees and shrubs
  • Operate lawn mowers, edgers, and other maintenance tools
  • Maintain properties and structures
  • Implement weed, pest, and disease control measures
  • Undertake irrigation and drainage systems maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Genuine interest in horticulture and gardening
  • Enjoy outdoor physical work
  • Willingness to commit to work and study
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
