About the Role:

The estimated annual salary for this position in Preston VIC 3072 is approximately $70,000 - $100,000 AUD, depending on experience. As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability in order to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards, whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.

You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer serviceLead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfactionMonitor and control costs, including food, labour, and suppliesFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate direction into action and drive results
  • A real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew to be at their best every day
  • A passion for continuous improvement and championing the customer experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the basics of employee relations, such as interpreting awards
