Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute surgical environment.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate certificate or working towards in a relevant specialty (desirable).
- Compliance with Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) national standards.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach to work.
