General Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Hand to join our Property Care team in Busselton. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside a crew of people living with disability, completing gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and site clean-ups for commercial customers.

• Work collaboratively with supported employees to complete gardening and grounds work.
• Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Take a proactive role in maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Accurately maintain documents such as timesheets and work orders.

• A great attitude towards working with people living with disability.
• Ability to work in the great outdoors, performing physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Handy with tools, with a gardening or trade background being beneficial but not essential.
• A current valid driver's license, with a Light Rigid (LR) license highly regarded.
