  • Lead and mentor a team of Food and Beverage attendants to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets.
  • Supervise and delegate duties to ensure efficient and friendly food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  • Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained at all times.
  • Encourage the team to upsell and promote guest interaction.

Requirements:

  • Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
  • Previous experience in leading a small team is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Barista coffee making and bar tending experience is highly regarded.
  • RSA certification is a must.
