We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Surveyor to join our team in Meadowbrook, QLD. As an integral member of our road infrastructure projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a survey professional with a strong focus on road projects to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, set-out, and as-built surveys to ensure construction is executed according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed topographic, boundary, and set-out surveys for road construction and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Perform high-precision surveys using Topcon survey equipment.
  • Interpret and execute engineering designs, ensuring accurate implementation on-site.
  • Provide detailed as-built data and verification surveys.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure survey requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage survey reports, field notes, and data in compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure all work is carried out following industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Registered as a Surveyor with SBQ.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering surveying, with a strong focus on road projects.
  • Experience in using Synergy Survey-Profile or equivalent systems for road profiling and surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 12d for drafting and data management.
