Insurance Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing disputes that arise from unresolved complaints, utilising their high-level dispute resolution capability and sense of fairness. They will deliver a world-class alternative dispute resolution experience to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve internal & external disputes ranging from simple to complex in line with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Utilise superior stakeholder skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Proven experience in Dispute Resolution and Complaint Management in a general insurance or legal environment.
- Previous exposure to the AFCA complaints process.
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to show empathy and patience.
- Effective decision making and time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive mindset.
- An estimated annual salary of $AUD90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
- A flexible work arrangement, including a mix of work from home and office-based work.
