Director of Value-Based Care Strategy

This senior leadership role will lead and scale our team of Advisors and Analysts who work with medical practices across the U.S.

The Director, Value-Based Care will drive performance in value-based care programs like the Medicare Merit-based Incentive Payment System.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive value-based care initiatives
  • Lead a high-performing team of Advisors and Analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in leading value-based care initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
