As a Senior Pega Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through exceptional engineering, leveraging your expertise in managing and leading teams to drive adoption and modernization of Pega across Banking and Financial Services.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions, with experience in design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of the value of customer experience, human-centered design, and product mindset.

  • Lead the development of high-quality Pega solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior developers to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software engineering, with a focus on Pega platform development.
  • Experience in conducting system architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the latest features and capabilities in Pega, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
