About the Role

In this senior position, you will manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants and private clients, further developing your skills through comprehensive assessments and person-centered interventions. You will work closely with professionals from various disciplines, enriching your experience and broadening your skills while building leadership capability.

Job Description

As our Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Develop tailored treatment plans and report writing skills
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client goals
  • Empower clients to achieve life-changing outcomes through evidence-based interventions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist in Australia
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with complex disabilities and communication needs
  • Current NDIS, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
