Delicatessen Supervisor

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a delicatessen department. The successful candidate will have experience in managing fast-paced customer-facing environments and leading teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

• Proven experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with direct leadership responsibilities
• Able to maintain high standards of presentation, quality control, and safety in the deli department
• Familiarity with inventory management, stock rotation routines, waste minimization, and audit compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coach and develop team members
