Innovative Health Information Developer

About the TeamWe are responsible for providing strategic and operational services to support patient and consumer experience.
About the RoleThis specialist will support staff in creating accurate, inclusive and accessible health information. You will develop education resources, templates and practical tools to enhance health literacy. Your quality assurance work ensures health information is clear and consistent.
Daily Responsibilities- Reviewing emails and priorities to identify support requests and fact sheet reviews.
- Providing content review and feedback on new patient factsheets using health literacy resources.
- Meeting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to discuss opportunities for developing or reviewing consumer health information.
- Project work including translations and reporting.
- Maintaining library spaces and supporting patients' access to books and digital resources.
