Leadership Opportunity

A rare leadership opportunity has become available for a dynamic Area Manager to lead our team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    1. Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Youth and Living Skills Workers.
    2. Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of the program.
    3. Ensure quality, compliance, and safeguarding standards.
    4. Manage budgets, records, and reporting.
    5. Foster youth empowerment and community integration.
    6. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    1. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or relevant industry qualifications).
  • Experience:
    1. 3+ years' experience working with vulnerable youth in out-of-home care.
    2. 2+ years' leading, coaching and mentoring a small team.
  • Skills:
    1. Strong crisis management and youth advocacy skills.
    2. Valid Driver's Licence and insured vehicle.
